01Data we collect
We collect account identifiers (email, display name, organization), session inputs you provide to engines, export metadata, device and browser information, and billing identifiers via Stripe.
We do not sell personal data. Processing is limited to delivering Stitchaxis Core, securing the platform, and improving reliability.
02Voice & session content
Where voice or audio features are enabled, audio may be processed in transit to produce text transcripts for coaching feedback. Raw audio is not stored long-term unless you explicitly opt into a feature that requires retention.
Scenario text, drill responses, and engine inputs are stored as session records tied to your organization for dashboard history and export.
03Third-party AI processing
Transcripts and scenario feedback may be processed by third-party language model providers under agreements that prohibit using your content to train general-purpose models.
Edge routing may process a subset of tasks locally or via approved cloud endpoints to reduce latency and cost. See Security for infrastructure details.
04Analytics & cookies
We use first-party and product analytics (e.g. PostHog) to understand feature usage. Authentication cookies are required for SSO across *.stitchaxis.com.
You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings where applicable.
05Retention & deletion
Account data is purged from live databases within 30 days of a verified deletion request. Backups may retain data for up to 90 days before rotation.
Export packs you download are your responsibility to secure after generation.
06Your rights
Depending on jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, portability, or deletion of personal data. UK and EU users may lodge complaints with their supervisory authority.
