Terms of Service

ParityOS is a practice and operations tool delivered via web dashboard on desktop and mobile browsers. It is not a medical, therapeutic, legal, tax, or investment advisory service unless explicitly stated in a separate signed agreement.

Engine outputs, scores, and export packs are illustrative aids for your internal workflows. You remain responsible for validating results with qualified professionals before regulatory filing, employment decisions, or financial commitments.

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and API keys associated with your organization. Actions taken under your account are deemed authorized by your organization.

Sessions may sync across *.stitchaxis.com subdomains via shared authentication cookies. Sign out on shared devices.

Subscriptions are billed through Stripe unless otherwise stated. Trial periods, where offered, convert to paid plans automatically unless cancelled before the trial end date.

Refunds follow the Stitchaxis platform refund policy. Enterprise order forms may override standard billing terms.

You may not probe other tenants, circumvent rate limits, reverse engineer security controls, upload unlawful content, or use the product for automated surveillance or spam.

Approval-gated outreach and human-in-the-loop workflows must remain under human review before external send.

You retain ownership of payloads, uploads, and tenant content. C&C Digital Ltd retains ownership of the platform, protocols, and aggregate anonymized operational metrics.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, C&C Digital Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of ParityOS. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
